****What You'll Do:****

* Youll own the WMS Product Roadmap and Lifecycle, including integration with external and in-house systems, and build alignment across the organization (FP&A, Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, etc.) and Leadership/Executive Team.

* Youll work with business users through both strategic and tactical planning discussions to develop functional requirements

* Understand nuances of WMS system inputs and outputs, and the impacts of changes on the overall production and inventory mgmt process; document and communicate workflow updates

* Youll implement best in class product development and management practices, communicating product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, company, to users, etc.

* You will define, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and feedback into key product decisions.

****What You Need:****

* 5+ years of product or technical program management experience.

* 3+ years of experience working on warehouse management systems or equivalent technologies (e.g. material handling system).

* You have built and scaled products, marketplaces, or ecosystems that people love.

* You may not be a developer, but you understand system design and technical trade-offs.

* You are able to understand and simplify complex ideas and processes.

* You have demonstrated experience of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.

* You are collaborative and are able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders audiences across all levels of the organization.

* BA/BS degree is preferred, ideally in technical, design, or social sciences-related field.
