We're now hiring an Administration/ Human Resource Assistant at RHZ Services in Alliance, OH

RHZ is a small, but rapidly growing company. We need a highly motivated person interested in joining an exceedingly busy office. The Administration/Human Resource Assistant will work in close coordination with the Vice President in order to facilitate management of both field service and all aspects of HR.

Perks of working as an Administration/ Human Resource Assistant

Pay: $17 to $22/ hour (salaried), depending on experience

Benefits: 401K, flexible scheduling, paid vacation, paid sick time. Assistance with Health Insurance Premiums. Bonuses.

Schedule: M-F 8am to 4pm. Flexible time as needed.

Typical day in the life as an Administration/ Human Resource Assistant: Record billable hours, process payroll, maintain payroll records, track parts ordering, research parts, contact vendors, contact customers to update on status of jobs, manage google calendar, contact field employees,some shipping and receiving, customer invoicing, some collections, organize office. It's a small business. In short, I need someone who can help me (the co-owner and vice president) keep everything on track. There are always a hundred things going on, and we need to keep track of them all.

What are we looking for?
  • 1-2-years' experience with Human Resource policy and procedures
  • Experience with Intuit QuickBooks, MS Word and Excel, Google Calendar, DropBox, and all typical office equipment
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/invoicing
  • Associates or Higher in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
  • Excellent clerical/office management skills, such as filing, organizing, prioritizing
