Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Brand Manager to oversee our brand's image, reputation, and market positioning.

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and vision.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Utilize innovative technologies to streamline production and development

Research trends in the fashion space and innovation for product development

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging.

Articulate a strong voice through copy and messaging across all marketing channels

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for digital, print, and social media campaigns.

Communicate negotiations with partnerships for creators and ambassadors with high level strategy

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy.

Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Manage the Content Calendar and oversee designers and coordinators

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and industry stakeholders.

Execute brand events

Oversee co-branding and joint marketing initiatives.

Creative storytelling through video and photos online and in person

Experience with creative direction and production

Budget Management:

Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the fashion industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.

Strong understanding of fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
