Clinic Support Representatives promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for patients, always acting the the best interest of the patient. If you have a passion for service, and helping others, this is a role for you.
Successful Candidates with have:
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in a business office or medical office/clinic or hospital registration/admissions setting.
- Strong soft skills
- Working knowledge of funding sources and regulatory issues impacting Health Care billing and collection functions.
- Proficient computer skills
