Outline the most optimal solution across people, process, data and technology that conforms with Cisco standards in partnership with Product Owners. Research and understand the transformational solution, impact and intersections with the HR and IT Strategic priorities. Provide best practices to support business case development. Identify solution pain points to draw insights. Enhance Solutions Consult with P&C to enable an effective and efficient approach, simplifying all areas of process, identify interdependencies across the solution. Provide continuous feedback loop and drive simplification. Drive continuous improvement, e.g., evaluate program progress and results against success metrics; create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve program.
