The scope of properties includes direct operation stores, outlets, wholesale accounts, corporate offices, and showrooms. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Develop, communicate, and implement project schedules. Provide project management support throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and budget constraints. Prepare visual documentation to support site visits, incorporating photographs, hand sketches, annotations on construction documents, and developing surveys as needed. Research and procure long lead materials for construction, including specified millwork, lighting, door hardware, and other items. Assist in the preparation and review of meeting minutes, owner change orders, and requests for information. Coordinate solicitation and management of pricing and vendor proposals. Receive and evaluate construction bids for comparison. Oversee the secure delivery of materials and services. Support with construction administration duties. Administration Organization of site photographs. Create change orders, manage goods receipts, and maintain a weekly tracking log. Ensure invoices accurately reflect contractual amounts and oversee adherence to payment schedules. Collaborative team player with a positive and motivated attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize urgent and critical tasks. Operationally efficient and able to enhance processes and systems to optimize team and business outcomes. Physical ability to perform occasional lifting and moving of equipment or supplies as needed.
