How you will make an Impact
- Coordinating logistics for company-wide virtual and in person learning including scheduling, planning, ordering, contracting, formatting training materials, managing learning subscriptions, and budget support
- Reporting and data analytics support to ensure compliance, track against key corporate performance metrics, and supporting reporting needs for learning and HR Business Partner functions.
- Supporting key HR processes including immigration, remote work management, employee retention, and staffing changes
- Serving as frontline support for key Learning and Performance Management systems and related resources
- Generating compelling content for the corporate intranet that promotes employee services available from HR
- Supporting HR leaders in scheduling, communications, and coordination of employee facing activities
What we are looking for
- Experience supporting multiple functions of a business area (HR preferred)
- Self-directed, able to work and solve problems independently
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong customer service orientation, including effectively managing customer expectations
- Deliver fully accurate, effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Effectively adapt to variations in workload volume
- Communicate effectively verbally as well as through writing skills
- Basic project management/coordination skills
