Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct hourly employees on assigned shifts to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all Federal, State, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of the Brand by directing the activities of employees and focusing on the quality of the restaurant operation.
  • Adhere to food preparation, service, and sanitation standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage cash controls and security policies to prevent losses and maintain a secure environment.
  • Model diversity and values at all times in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Coach and develop restaurant employees to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

  • Available to work any time, including holidays and weekends.
  • Extensive standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. or more.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Exposure to kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other hazards.
