Fine Jewelry Salesperson At Karlise Fine Jewelers, we foster a culture of collaboration, enjoyment, and professionalism. We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Associate who is prepared to embrace all sales responsibilities. Our ideal candidate will embody the values and expectations of our small family-owned business and consistently strive to achieve sales targets while surpassing customer satisfaction. Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour plus generous commission opportunities for fantastic earning potential. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in Burlington, VT, US Consistently meet or exceed sales expectations by selling merchandise Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and grow the customer base Keep clients informed about preferred customer sales and upcoming merchandise of potential interest Perform store setup and closing operations, including managing the office area and handling jewelry safely Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness through basic maintenance and merchandising activities Qualifications: Previous experience in luxury sales is preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills are necessary to excel in this role Consistently meeting sales goals is an important aspect of the job The ability to sell to customer needs is crucial for success in this position The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and willing to learn Strong people skills are a must for building and maintaining client relationships The Fine Jewelry Salesperson should be a high-energy and friendly individual Dependability is a key quality we are looking for in the candidate Effective verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers Strong communication and organization skills are essential for this role The candidate should be committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences #J-18808-Ljbffr
