Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing and processing inbound deliveries, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of merchandise, and supporting floor moves and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inbound deliveries in a timely manner, prioritizing the daily workload.
  • Ensure proper organization and accessibility of merchandise, including knowledge of stock levels and inventory management.
  • Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
  • Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary, maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Audit compliance and achieve shrinkage goals, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail industry, preferably in a stock associate role.
  • High school degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent lifting and carrying of boxes up to 60 pounds, and ability to load boxes in and out of delivery trucks.
