Job Summary:

As an Automotive Detailer at Lexus of Wayzata, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot and in our service department are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall experience of our clients. This is a full-time, hourly customer service role in the auto industry located in Wayzata, Minnesota.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21 to $30 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan and paid time off. Hiring for both shifts.

Day shift hours we can be somewhat flexible on start time. and evening shift 12:00pm to 8:00pm both shifts are full-time.

Responsibilities:

* Thoroughly clean, wash, and detail all vehicles on the lot and in the service department * Vacuum and shampoo interiors, clean windows, and polish exteriors to ensure a showroom-worthy appearance * Perform basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and oil changes * Inspect vehicles for cosmetic damages and report any issues to management * Keep the detailing area and equipment clean and organized * Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with vehicle demonstrations, and addressing any concerns or complaints * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety standards

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred * Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and equipment * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines * Strong attention to detail and quality * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
