Lot Porter

Job Summary:
Lexus of Wayzata is currently seeking a Lot Porter to join our team in Wayzata, Minnesota. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership lot is maintained, organized, and presents a professional image to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to keep vehicles clean and presentable for customers, as well as assisting with various other tasks around the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and free of debris
• Move vehicles to designated areas on the lot as needed
• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Vacuum and clean interiors of vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles have appropriate and up-to-date information such as window stickers, pricing and model information
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Assist with lot inventory and vehicle management
• Report any damage or mechanical issues to management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of automotive detailing/cleaning techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
