This position has a base salary of $40,000 and average first-year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+. On Target Earnings in this role are $66,000, and within 12 months, 60-70% of Automotive Sales Consultants exceed the OTE. After successful completion of our Sales Training Program, our Automotive Sales Consultants will guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in purchasing their desired vehicle.
* Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
* Maintain unit average and minimum performance required by the store.

We're Looking For:

* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
* Proven experience working within a team environment.
* Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and other computer programs as needed.
* Ability to move around the dealership and perform tasks that require sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, not required.
