with a structural background for our growing transportation design group in
Utah, Idaho, and North Dakota . You will be an integral member of our transportation engineering team by implementing your technical expertise and leading the efforts of junior engineers, EITs, and technicians to execute the structural elements of various design projects. This role involves strategy, business development, team development, oversight/ QA/QC, and partner leadership to grow the discipline and business. We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, ESOP (employee stock option plan), and paid time off. The exact salary will depend on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Must currently hold Professional Engineer License and have the ability to gain licensing in Utah, North Dakota, and Idaho through reciprocity within six months of start date
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
Minimum 10+ years of working experience
Proven ability to lead, manage staff, think critically and cultivate new business opportunities
Working knowledge of the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
Familiarity with the AASHTO Guide Specifications for LRFD Seismic Bridge Design
Experience with UDOT, ITD, NDDOT, and local municipal agencies
