Requirements

We are seeking an individual who:

•Has a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience

•Has good communication skills

•Has a bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, however an Associate degree with 2-5 years of experience is acceptable

•Has advanced Excel experience

•Has experience with a customer database, Office 365, Dynamics GP, Paylocity and Sage FAS preferred

The individual in this position will use their technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to reconcile balance sheet accounts, create & post journal entries, manage collections, process Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and manage fixed assets. This individual will also assist with monthly and year-end financial statements, prepare and submit quarterly state sales tax forms, reconcile and compile data for year-end audit and prepare and submit yearly 1099 and 1096 tax forms. Prior payroll processing experience is a plus.
