Short Job Description
The Senior Marketing Strategy Associate within the Lending Marketing team will focus on campaign strategy and planning for our “buy now, pay later” debit card products (such as Chase Pay in 4). This position will be responsible for defining marketing strategy, managing marketing roadmaps for all digitally-owned channels, and overseeing the development of campaign communications and assets. The other focus area of the position will include developing a personalization and segmentation approach, which will be utilized across the full Lending Marketing team. This position sits within Customer & Connected Commerce Marketing, within Card Services in Chase’s Marketing Growth & Innovation organization.
Longer/Job Responsibilities
Grow our current marketing strategy for our installment lending offerings by introducing new products
Optimize existing marketing strategy for products already in market
Leverage our internal marketing channels and capabilities (email, banners, digital touches, branch communications) and inform our external marketing strategy (paid media, social, PR)
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in lending, campaign management and MarTech personalization
Work across our agencies and internal teams (centers of excellence and multiple lines of business
Monitor marketing performance and recommend key areas for testing in order to meet line of business goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong project management and communication skills
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services with multi-channel campaign initiatives
Experience working with creative agencies (internal and external) and developing creative brief
Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:
Comfortably leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative analytics and summarize highlights
Work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment while juggling a variety of marketing campaigns and workstreams
Proactively identify and own opportunities/resolutions end-to-end
Manage multiple stakeholders and help align decisions, in order to meet deadlines
Collaborate with strategy partners to better understand the product and KPIs
Self-starter, ability to pick up things quickly and own their book of work
