Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, to guide and develop our service offerings.
Engage with different levels of stakeholders within client organizations, from frontline workers to C-level executives, delivering both technical insights and strategic advice.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively promote managed services, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
Lead advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives, and driving continuous service improvement.
Design and execute strategies for service adoption and optimization, facilitating seamless integration and maximizing client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
Experience in selling and marketing technical solutions, with a keen understanding of growth levers in a managed services environment.
Ability to navigate complex business environments and provide consultative support in a clear and effective manner.
