About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Aon Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by providing expert analysis and solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into formal and clearly documented business requirements for system design and development.
  • Identify and mitigate requirement and scope-related issues and risks.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and system development personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in developing and conducting testing plans and criteria to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Provide system support and maintenance for developed applications, leveraging your analytical and technical skills to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle and methodologies, with a working understanding of project management tools and techniques.
