About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Manager to lead our team of technical experts in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and support of our innovative hardware and software technology-based solutions.

Your Impact

As a Field Service Manager, you will have a significant impact on our customers' success by:

  • Managing a team of technical representatives who service and support specific business system products and services within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
  • Selecting, hiring, training, and developing current and new technical representatives to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the warehousing process as it relates to merchandise and inventory to ensure efficient and effective logistics.
  • Developing and educating the team on new technology and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Service management experience in the technology industry, with a strong understanding of digital and electromechanical technology.
  • Hands-on field technical experience, with a vast knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and lead a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
