Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Startup Growth Lead with a proven track record in early-stage startup environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in growth marketing and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing outbound sales channels, enhancing SEO and content marketing strategies, and driving data-driven decisions to achieve growth objectives for multiple portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to B2B SaaS companies, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Set up and optimize various outbound sales channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, ringless voicemail, cold call scripts, and more, to generate high-quality leads and drive sales pipeline growth. Design and implement SEO strategies and create compelling content across various channels (social media, email, blog, video, etc.) to enhance online visibility and engagement. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics at the top to mid-funnel levels, ensuring a thorough understanding of campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement. Manage and optimize paid marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, SEM, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Expert-level proficiency is not required, but a solid understanding is essential. Implement and run growth experiments to test hypotheses, solve problems creatively, and iterate on successful tactics. Efficiently manage and support multiple portfolio companies simultaneously, ensuring each receives the necessary attention and resources to achieve their growth goals. Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required English Resume is required Minimum of 8 years of experience in early-stage startups, either as a founder or early employee. Proven background in growth marketing specifically within the B2B SaaS industry. Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing outbound sales channels. Expertise in SEO and content marketing across various platforms and mediums. Experience managing paid marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, SEM, and LinkedIn. A natural curiosity about the psychological aspects of sales and marketing. Capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
