At 11x, our biggest problem is that we’re growing way too fast. Our sales team has their calendars booked 2 months in advance just from inbound traffic and the growth only accelerates exponentially. We are hiring a Head of Growth to develop a repeatable scalable playbook that will be the core of sustaining 11x's rapid growth. Who We're Looking For

We need a relentless Growth leader with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS startups and navigating the rapid race to $50M ARR. Your mission: create and implement a scalable growth strategy that tips the market in our favor. As a key team member, you’ll build and refine our growth engine, leveraging B2B tactics like SEO/SEM, referral programs, and targeted paid marketing. You’ll execute rapid sprints, driving customer acquisition and engagement while laying the groundwork for explosive growth. Working hand in hand with our VP of Sales, you will build out a small team to innovate and lead our growth efforts from the ground up. Develop Scalable Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies that tip the market in our favor, ensuring each new network starts to tip faster and more effectively

Test and Optimize Growth Channels: Identify, test, and optimize various growth channels such as SEO/SEM, referral programs, and targeted paid marketing

Drive Customer Acquisition: Focus on driving customer acquisition through scalable channels with strong metrics (CAC/LTV, viral factors, etc.)

Build and Lead a Growth Team: Assemble and lead a small, agile team focused on executing rapid sprints to drive growth and engagement

Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the VP of Sales and other senior leaders to align growth strategies with overall business objectives

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make informed decisions

Requirements

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling Mid-Market B2B companies, especially through the Tipping Point stage

Expertise in Growth Channels: Deep knowledge of growth tactics such as SEO/SEM, viral growth strategies, referral codes, and paid marketing

Hands-On Experience: Ability to execute detailed plans and drive customer acquisition through hands-on leadership

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly entrepreneurial with a strategic mindset, ready to innovate and lead growth efforts from the ground up

Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimize growth strategies
