We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the company's products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
