Job Summary:  The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Salary range:
$17.50 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
