Call Center Agent - Pattern Promotions

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $750 to $900 per week

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assist customers with orders, billing, and general inquiries
  • Maintain customer records and update the database
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
