Key Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- High-Volume AP Processing: Manage full-cycle accounts payable with precision and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Ensure accurate data entry and account reconciliations.
- Support Tax Compliance: Assist with 1099 preparation.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in Accounts Payable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate development is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Yardi, Timberline, RealPage, or similar ERP systems, and strong MS Excel skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Experience with multiple entities and locations.
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to lien waivers and strong communication skills.
Additional Details:
- Accounts Payable Specialist Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
- Location: This is an onsite position with parking provided.
