Are you an energetic and driven individual with a flair for event coordination and marketing? We're seeking an enthusiastic student to join our team asMarketing and Events Coordinator at the Glasgow University Students’ Representative Council (SRC). Pay:

£13.50per hour (plus bonus on achievement of targets) Location: McIntyre Building, University Avenue, Glasgow G12 8QQ (home working permitted). Hours: 10 hours per week: working pattern to be agreed. Hours vary considerably at peak times (July-September) including up to 35 hours in run up to and including Welcome Week (August – mid September). Contract:

March 2025). About the Role:

AsMarketing and Events Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating SRC events, particularly during Welcome Week, and contributing to our year-round large-scale events. Additionally, you'll be tasked with maximising SRC revenue by effectively marketing and selling advertising opportunities to external organisations. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate a variety of SRC events, including Welcome Week activities. Maximise revenue through effective marketing and selling of advertising opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Requirements:

Registered student at the University of Glasgow. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in marketing, sales or event coordination is desirable but not essential. Application Process:
