Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including the rental of equipment and furniture.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.

  • Promote the venue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Handle administrative duties such as insurance, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Enforce security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional presentation and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of hospitality management, particularly in food and beverage services.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • RSA certification is essential.
  • A relevant Diploma or higher qualification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $73K to $75K plus superannuation.
