Role Responsibilities:
The Event Production Manager will:
- Oversee project management for 3-5 in-person event programs and associated livestreams annually.
- Develop forecasts and budgets, providing detailed reports on actual expenditures for all events.
- Coordinate with vendors and crew to ensure successful execution of events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Business Development, Creative, Analytics, Sales, Customer Trust, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Work closely with Product leads, Creative, and Executive Producers to optimize event outcomes while adhering to budget constraints.
- Lead production meetings and identify potential gaps in planning across all event components, including venue selection, scenic design, event technology, and crew management.
- Analyze production costs and propose budget-friendly solutions.
- Establish operational priorities, enhancing performance by proactively identifying risks, planning contingencies, and addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in live event entertainment, esports, gaming events, creative production, project management, or program management.
- A proven track record in budget management.
- Experience making decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills in cross-functional initiatives and relationship building with internal and external partners.
- Direct experience in organizing gaming events across various genres.
- Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of project management.
- Familiarity with Twitch, streaming, video games, and internet culture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $167,200/year in our highest geographic market, based on factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
