SUMMARY

The Customer Support Phone Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to our customers and administrative support to the Customer Support department. This position is a member of the Makino Service Parts Team and reports to the Service Parts Operations Team Leader. The role supports a hybrid work schedule depending on projects and required training at managers discretion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate incoming calls using the multiple line phone system.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for parts and service.
  • Use CRM management software for customer and equipment updates.
  • Use SAP Business software for material and service ordering.
  • Provide administrative support to Makino's Parts and Training departments.
  • Generate and provide weekly reports.
  • Working with Customers to coordinate returns of Makino products.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Call Center/Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Present a professional image.
  • Display rational decision making.
  • Proficient in CRM business system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products specifically excel and word is required.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Related associate's degree in office management and/or 5 years' experience in call center environment or administrative assistance.
