Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including quotations, sales data, and selling prices.
  • Review and analyze daily KPI reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Process credit/debit memos and returns, and manage customer credit limits.
  • Provide invoice copies and statements to customers, and offer backup support to the customer service team.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
  • Experience in export transportation or international business is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong customer focus, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
