Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support our customer service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing for products, shipping, and credits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quotations, sales data, and selling prices.
  • Review daily KPI reports and handle credit/debit memos and returns.
  • Manage price increases, month-end billing, and warehouse postings.
  • Process samples in SAP and manage customer credit limits.
  • Provide invoice copies, set up statements, and offer backup support for Customer Service.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
  • Experience in export transportation or international business preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong customer focus, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
