This position will facilitate the Baker Academic conference and convention program (including ETS, IBR, and AAR/SBL). This position also will manage ad booking, endorsements, graphic design routing, book mailings, Amazon visual content, invoice coding and distribution, excerpt uploading, and data and analytics gathering for both Baker Academic & Brazos Press. Primary Responsibilities: Manage Baker Academic convention and conference program Communicate with advertising partners and book advertising placements Create Advertising Material Requests and coordinate advertising routing Track key metrics from online, social media, and email advertising Oversee the timeline and execution of the endorsement process Fulfill book request orders for marketing purposes Organize and execute influencer mailings Create and upload Amazon A+ pages Code and distribute invoices Assist marketing leads on select book launches Upload book excerpts to Baker Publishing Group and account websites Other duties as assigned Qualifications: A strong desire to be involved with religious and/or academic publishing A bachelor's degree in biblical studies, communications, English, marketing, theology, or a related field Prior office/administrative experience preferred Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail, follow-through, and project management skills A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Baker Publishing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
