Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will lead the sales and marketing initiative for SocoSIX Strategies, a company who is uniquely positioned for immediate expansion. This role will develop the strategy needed to assure sustainable growth year after year and manage the actions required to achieve mutually agreed upon growth targets. The Business Development Manager will manage the CRM platform, develop proposals, and spearhead marketing initiatives to ensure brand awareness and new market penetration. Requirements:
Observe and follow all SocoSIX corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Proactive, professional, and comprehensive client/customer communications
Persistent pursuit of operational excellence through daily service evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Collaborative leadership with problem-solving ability

Emotionally intelligent; able to build strong trust with customers, clients and employees of diverse backgrounds and situations at all levels.
Independent self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make decisions that ensure a positive outcome for our business and the clients we support.
General Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage sales activities to achieve and exceed projected target.
Evaluate market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity ensure a diverse and robust client pipeline to achieve year over year growth.
Drive collaboration and support cross-functional teams on client presentations, pricing, proposal generation, and CRM management.
Cultivate effective business relationships to communicate the full scope of SocoSIX risk mitigation programs.
Establish strong sales practices which align with the stages of a standard sales cycle.
Create and present meaningful metrics to leadership team monthly.
Other corporate or related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or security industry
Prior experience in B2B sales and/or marketing strategies
Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and metrics-driven reporting.
Experienced in developing key sales activities and strategic selling techniques.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, eMarketing, etc.)
Serve as a subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of organizational risk mitigation practices and business best practices.
Proficient in web-based applications and Microsoft programs
Strong network of existing relationships with relevant executives of potential customer and partner organizations.
