The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the concierge team as well as appearance and customer service standards for Harmony Hall. They are responsible for ensuring a positive first impression when someone sets foot in our community. They are also responsible with assisting the Executive Director in administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Ensures a successful resident transition for the first 48 hours

Trains our concierge team as well as other departments on how to create a superb customer service experience

Sets and maintains first impressions for the front lobbys appearance

Develops and manages customer experience surveys to continue to learn what we can improve upon

Manages internal room transfers

Helps draft communications with residents and families

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 20-25lbs
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
