Job Summary
Antwerpen Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date on all new Toyota models and features to provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and Toyota products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license.
