Do you have strong organizational and people skills? Are you a leader committed to getting hospice patients the care they deserve? We are looking for a customer relations specialist committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity.

 

As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency. Most importantly, you’ll be a key player in ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need.

 

And just like all of our team members, our customer relations specialists have access to our supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement.

Qualifications:
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Associate degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Customer Service and office management experience preferred
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
