Hands on in all day to day financial operations including: general accounting, AP/AR, cash recording, reconciliations, sales tax, reporting, job costing, etc. Prepare and enter month end entries Assist in financial administration, planning and budgeting. Extensive job costing of manufactured products and construction install projects Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties, including filing and organizing financial records. Have knowledge and experience in bookkeeping and accounting, including payroll, payroll taxes, sales taxes, accounts payable and bank reconciliations; Ability to meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work hands on daily in all aspects of accounting. Comfortable in a small team environment. Ability to analyze financial data and assist in preparing meaningful financial reports and statements. Advanced proficiency in Excel is an absolute must, as well strong overall computer skills. Prior experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction strongly preferred, but not required. Experience with AIA Billing a plus.
