Attend intake sessions with managers to understand requirements. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified internal and external candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Communicate with candidates and managers and provide updates on status. Assist in conducting background checks and verifying employment references. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Inputs onboarding information in HRIS and IT systems. Assist with new-hire onboarding full life cycle including communications, equipment requests and new employee outreach. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate, new hire and manager experience Prepares for and attends job fairs on behalf of Stellantis Financial Services as needed. Leads and/or coordinates various projects and initiatives within the HR department including learning sessions for staff and managers and budget and billing activities. Comply with company policies and employment laws/regulations in conducting recruiting and hiring activities.
