Sustainable Talent is partnering with Ford on the search for a Talent Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with Ford's goals and values, specifically focusing on recruiting talent for dealer engagement and Ford Pro fleet sales and management.

This is a W-2 full-time contract with Remote work options. We offer competitive pay based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment best practices and candidate engagement across various functions, including Product Development Operations, Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering, within the Automotive or Aircraft industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Ford's mission and drive positive change through talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs for Product Dev Ops-new vehicle launch and other business areas.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across engineering, software development, and other relevant functions.
  • Identify and engage with diverse talent pools, including candidates with expertise in automotive sales, fleet management, dealership operations, and customer service.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, and partnerships with industry organizations, to attract and recruit talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with Ford's values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives such as enterprise tech, service design projects and dealership development by recruiting talent with relevant skills and expertise.
  • Ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and Ford's business objectives, including sustainability, innovation, and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sales, marketing, dealership operations, and fleet management to inform recruitment strategies.
