In Human Resources we are responsiblefor the state civil service reporting requirements ,administering the group insurance benefits for all county employees, employee relations, and employee training and development. In this roleyou will work with the labor relations team processing exit interviews, labor relations matters, and probationary and/or yearly evaluations.
Summary of Job Duties:
- Coordinates the exit interviews conducted when an employee leaves Job and Family Services, prepares and processes all documentation needed for JFS employees' exit interview; as well as obtaining all county issued equipment.
- Assists HR staff with processing of HR and labor relations material for presentations, pre-disciplinary hearings, and other administrative hearings.
- Processes leave donation request
- Processes and maintains Agency Bargaining Unit evaluations, such as probationary and annual reviews.
- Assists with public record requests.
- Service as a JFS Liaison for Workers' Compensation claims; routes applicable documentation to County Workers' Compensation Specialist
