We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise our logistics operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and monitor their performance to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve logistics processes.
  • Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with logistics software and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another language is a strong asset.
