  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in warehouse design and technology deployment.
  • Experience in recruitment and staff development.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of a warehouse environment.
  • Availability for off-hours, holidays, and weekends as required.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Transport Workers Identification Card (TWIC) and Port ID may be necessary.
  • Forklift or material handling equipment certification is advantageous.
