What You’ll Do The Senior Manager Programs role will be responsible for the oversight of compliance program elements and the execution of Compliance Risk Management. Research regulatory compliance requirements and develops enhancements/resolutions as necessary. Leads identification and assessment of compliance program risks and controls. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
