Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the Technical Lead on projects, ensuring the successful execution of all technical deliverables and conducting quality assurance and quality control on reports.
  • Develop compliance strategies for clients in both the public and private sectors, providing valuable consulting services.
  • Lead regulatory assessments, air permitting processes, greenhouse gas evaluations, and support during compliance audits.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to air quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed on existing regulations and continuously review new and proposed regulations to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including budget oversight, scope management, financial reporting, and schedule tracking.
  • Manage client relationships with various stakeholders, including corporate executives, environmental directors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Direct and mentor a team of environmental professionals, ensuring effective project execution and financial performance.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, environmental science, meteorology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in air quality and regulatory compliance, ideally in a consulting or industrial environment.
  • A strong foundation in air quality regulations, emissions calculations, and permitting processes.
  • Experience with industrial processes and construction projects.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in managing client relationships.
  • Expertise in navigating federal, state, and local regulations related to air quality compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
