Qualifications:
Job Requirements & Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Preferred experience and knowledge in the Human Resources field. Preferred leadership and project management experience. Self-motivated and hard-working both individually and in team environments. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Able to prioritize and balance multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, relational, and presentation skills. Flexible and adaptable while able to create and refine structure and efficiencies. Willing to engage in same-day travel weekly to monthly and minimal overnight travel.
