Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Reno, Nevada Represent Ansell as the global product innovator by providing technical product expertise, recommending solutions that meet customers' protection needs.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Order management and maintenance, customer product reviews, and support for our online marketplaces.
  • Account maintenance and support for our NA webstore customers.
  • Ensure customer retention by establishing and fostering sustainable relationships through open and proactive communication with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor, report, and document service issues by clarifying customer complaints. Determine root cause; identify and communicate best solution; expedite corrective action or adjustment and confirm resolution.
  • Proactively partner and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to provide a seamless customer experience and achieve departmental KPIs.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • 3+ years Customer Service experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using CRM database (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience using Oracle software
  • Marketplace and/or eCommerce experience a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows
  • Ability to understand, implement and enforce company policies, SOPs and workflows
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
