Position Overview

Ansell is seeking an eCommerce Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical product knowledge. This role involves addressing customer inquiries and recommending solutions that align with their safety needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer orders, provide product reviews, and support our online sales platforms.
  • Assist with account management and support for our North American online store clients.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by building and nurturing sustainable relationships through proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet departmental performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Oracle software.
  • Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of order-to-cash processes.
  • Capacity to implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
