About the role
Passionate about business? Your next opportunity will assist our Procurement team with end-to-end procurement initiatives. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Procurement/Vendor Specialist Intern who can help with order processing, vendors, suppliers, and more. Based in our modern Irvine office you will be immersed in every aspect of our Procurement environment.
What you'll be doing
As part of the Procurement Team, you'll mainly be involved with:
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to analyze and categorize vendors into new mTRAC module.
- Work with internal stakeholders, external vendor portals and internal mTRAC support to build out new process and module for software license tracking.
- Vendor/Supplier communication and research.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, economics, or political science
- 2nd year undergraduate and above with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- Eagerness and strong ability to learn new systems
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment within a growing company
- Microsoft knowledge a plus
