Senior IT Vendor Relationship Analyst Job Description

At loanDepot, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Vendor Relationship Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a crucial role in leading vendor management activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee strategic planning with Business Unit leaders, quarterly reviews, forecasting, spend management, and vendor changes.
  • Manage vendor management activities in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Execute source-to-contract procurement processes aligned with business goals and category strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and supplier diversity/sustainability requirements.
  • Develop and manage procurement strategies and initiatives for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or minimum of six (6) + years' experience working in a similar field.
  • Experience with Third Party risk lifecycle processes including procurement, due diligence, onboarding Contract Reviews.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and teamwork skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex long-term projects and develop effective supplier relationships.
