The role of Project DBE Compliance Coordinator (PDCC) is established to coordinate all DBE compliance activities for a Skanska USA Civil subsidiary project, subsequent to a notice to proceed. The PDCC reports on project-specific DBE utilization to the UDCO, DBE Compliance Manager and the Project Manager. The PDCC is responsible for project-level DBE compliance with all relevant contract requirements. Accountability for project compliance, subsequent to a notice to proceed, lies with the Project Manager..

Project DBE Compliance Coordinator Required Qualifications:

      • Analyze and understand regulatory systems
      • Knowledge of the Federal, state and local laws and regulations that pertain to DBE compliance, FAR compliance and related programs, including construction practices and contracts.
      • 2 year college degree in accounting/business, contracting, or construction management or equivalent experience in these fields
